Pediatric Speech Therapist
This position will be responsible for managing the entire client experience from initial evaluation to implementation of treatment to family education to discharge. No two children are the same and therapists will need to use their expertise and creativity to connect with their clients, implementing a variety of approaches to find the “just right” therapeutic fit for your clients. Our therapy style is primarily play-based in a one-on-one setting. Therapists will need to be self-driven, organized, a quick learner, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at one time while providing high-touch service to clients, families and caregivers. Applicants should have 2+ years of experience, a Kansas SLP License, and a master degree in speech therapy from an accredited university.
The ideal candidate will have availability to work 5 days a week, with 3 days of extended availability (~8/9 AM to 6 PM). The position will be responsible for a range of 25-35 billable hours per week.
