
Office Administrator
The office administrator responsibilities include:
-Assisting with the initial intake coordination for new clients, including checking insurance benefits, explaining the evaluation and treatment process, and scheduling evaluations with therapists
-Assisting with the coordination of therapy schedules, monitoring insurance authorization, managing client data files in the electronic medical records system
-Assist with answering and returning phone calls from potential clients
-Assist with general administrative/organizational/martking tasks as needed
Requirements
-This individual will have consistent interaction with new and existing clients and must have strong interpersonal skills
-Highly detailed and organized
-Must be efficient with computers and windows operating system
-The ideal candidate will need to be a quick learner, capable of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at one time while providing high-touch services to clients.
Hours
Monday-Friday 9:00-3:00
