Scheduling Assistant

Responsibilities include Supporting the Clinic Coordinator with administrative tasks related to scheduling including:-Providing assistance to the initial intake coordination for new clients which includes working with other administrative team members to monitor the intake process and gather any remaining information prior to scheduling evaluations
-Support with maintaining schedules by keeping them updated daily with changes to appointments
-Support with setting up clients in our electronic medical records system for their initial evaluation and ongoing treatment at both clinics.
-Support with sending and managing IntakeQ paperwork
-Support with various administrative and communication needs related to scheduling
-Support the Clinic Coordinator with answering questions from current and potential clients related to scheduling needs.
-Participate in weekly potential client meetings with the administrative team in order to support the scheduling process.
Availability
20-30 hours per week starting ASAP. The hours of the position are flexible, but must be during the hours of 8-5 Monday-Friday. This is a temporary/seasonal position, with the ending of the position, which we anticipate will last approximately 3-6 months.
