Mary received her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Kansas and earned her Bachelor’s in Speech-Language-Hearing and Spanish education. She has experience working in various settings, including outpatient clinics, hospitals, elementary schools, and early childhood settings.
During those experiences, Mary has been able to work with a variety of individuals, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorders, Down syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, Fluency Disorders, speech and language delays, cleft lip and palate, voice disorders, and those who use augmentative alternative communication.
She also has experience working with children with feeding and swallowing difficulties. She received specialized training in the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding in the summer of 2019. She is passionate about affirming and expanding upon every individual’s abilities and helping others succeed.
