Gabi Gutiérrez SLP-CFY

Pediatric and Adolescent Speech and Language Pathologist

Gabi received her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Indiana University, and her bachelor’s degrees in Communication Sciences & Disorders and Spanish with a minor in Human Development and Family Science from Kansas State University. During her graduate studies at Indiana University, she was enrolled in the Speech Therapy Education, Practicum, and Services (STEPS) program which trained SLP students to provide appropriate speech-language services for Spanish speaking children and better support their families. Additionally, Gabi gained experience evaluating and treating a variety of individuals including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder, Down Syndrome, language delays, speech sound disorders, fluency disorders, apraxia of speech, and those who use alternative forms of communication (PECS, AAC, etc.).

Gabi enjoys providing services in a child-led manner that builds on each child’s interests and strengths. Gabi grew up outside of Minneapolis, Minnesota, but Kansas City is her new home! In her free time, Gabi loves spending time with family & friends, being active outside, and cheering on the K-State Wildcats!
