Kaeden earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Truman State University. During her graduate studies, she gained experience working with children and adults across early childhood, outpatient, educational, and medical settings. She completed clinical internships in an elementary school and a hospital-based outpatient clinic, where she provided therapy for children with dyslexia.
Kaeden’s clinical interests include speech sound disorders, articulation and phonological disorders, receptive and expressive language development, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), social communication, and cognitive-communication rehabilitation. She believes therapy should be play-based, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s unique strengths. Kaeden focuses on building meaningful communication through connection, confidence, and fun, while creating engaging, functional, and family-centered therapy sessions.
