A Typical Schedule at Playabilities

Schedules at Playabilities vary depending on full-time, part-time, or PRN status, but therapists have flexibility in designing their weekly schedule. We work with therapists to build schedules that meet both clinic needs and therapist's lifestyle goals.

  • Four longer days and one shorter day

  • Five shorter days

  • Part-time schedules during school hours and a Saturday morning

  • Treating at Playabilities after a school day is over or on weekends

  • PRN schedules based on clinic need

Mentorship and Support

We provide strong mentorship and support for both new graduates and experienced therapists transitioning into pediatrics. This may include:

Compensation & Benefits

  • Guaranteed base salary plus performance and quality bonuses
  • Hourly opportunities for part-time employees with pay for administrative time on top of treatment
  • Additional compensation opportunities such as mentorship, external presentations, etc.
  • Multiple employment models (full-time, part-time, PRN)
  • Full benefits for full-time and select benefits for part-time employees
  • Employer paid short-term disability
