Mary completed her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of Kansas Medical Center and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language-Hearing from the University of Kansas. She has specific interests in areas including expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation, social communication delays, developmental disorders, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). Mary has worked with children of all ages who have a variety of speech and language disorders. Her experience includes working in elementary schools, preschools, and an outpatient rehabilitative clinic. Mary focuses on creating individualized sessions that are engaging, enjoyable, and tailored to each child’s goals.
She is passionate about getting to know each child’s unique interests and needs to create the most meaningful impact. Outside of therapy, Mary enjoys yoga, playing pickleball, and spending time outside with friends and family.
