Your First Year at Playabilities

Your first year is designed to help you build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and grow into your caseload at a sustainable pace. With support from mentors and your team, you’ll build efficiency, clinical reasoning, and confidence over time.

During your first year, you can expect:

Regular mentorship meetings
Support with documentation and workflow
Opportunities to observe and learn different therapy approaches
Collaboration with therapists outside of your discipline
Opportunities to participate in camps
Supportive supervision to build confidence and navigate healthy boundaries
