D’on brings more than 14 years of progressive HR and payroll leadership experience, most recently serving as Human Resources and Payroll Director at Integrated Proteins, where she led HR operations for a 500 employee, multi-state workforce. Before that, she managed HR and payroll for 1,500 employees at Clay County Government and previously held HR leadership roles with Westfall GMC/KC Freightliner and Pembroke Hill Schools. Across each organization, her responsibilities consistently included payroll, benefits administration, HRIS, employee relations, compliance, recruiting, leave administration, and team leadership.
