Ella earned her master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln and her bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from the University of Northern Iowa. During her graduate training, she gained experience in pediatric outpatient, school, early intervention, and medical settings, working with children with a wide range of communication needs. She also completed specialized training supporting children who are deaf or hard of hearing and their families.
Ella is passionate about creating meaningful, individualized therapy that helps children become confident communicators in their everyday lives. She enjoys collaborating with families to develop functional goals and believes that strong relationships, play-based learning, and family involvement are key to successful therapy and lasting skill generalization.
Outside of speech therapy, Ella enjoys running, taking workout classes, exploring new coffee shops, and spending quality time with friends and family.
