Sarah Moore OTD

Pediatric and Adolescent Occupational Therapist

Sarah earned her Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from the University of Kansas Medical Center and her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Kansas State University. Through her clinical experiences in early intervention, early childhood, community-based, and pediatric settings, Sarah has worked with children with autism, developmental delays, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation challenges, and other developmental needs.

She is passionate about providing neuro-affirming, play-based, and family-centered care that empowers children and families while supporting meaningful participation in everyday life. Sarah especially enjoys creating individualized interventions that foster independence, confidence, connection, and growth. She completed a doctoral capstone focused on sensory processing, emotional regulation, and trauma-informed care, where she developed evidence-based resources and partnered with educators to support inclusive learning environments. Prior experience supporting children with developmental and complex needs further strengthened her skills in collaboration, creativity, and relationship-centered care.

Sarah is excited to continue helping children thrive through meaningful, engaging occupational therapy services.
